2011 Boat Race Trialing - Aug 20

Trials for the CUBC crews to race against Oxford in the Boat Race and Goldie/Isis Race on 26th March 2011 commence on Tuesday 21st September 2010.

Derek Rasmussen, CUBC President 2010-2011, invites all Triallists to attend his Strategy Meeting at 6.00 p.m. in the Captains' Room, Goldie Boathouse, on Tuesday 21st September. On Wednesday 22nd September all triallists will undertake an Ergometer Test. The pre-Term Training Camp for Triallists will then run through until Sunday 3rd October.

If you have not already done so, please confirm to Derek (president@cubc.org.uk) that you intend to be present at the Meeting on 21st September and commit to the Trials process with a view to selection to represent Cambridge on 26th March 2011. Full details of the Training Camp programme will be issued shortly.

The Club may be able to offer assistance if accommodation in Cambridge during the pre-Term Camp presents difficulties (such as your College room not being available until the start of Term). Contact Derek or the Club’s Executive Secretary (dick@cubc.org.uk) if you need to discuss this.
