Cambridge University Boat Club is very pleased to announce the 2019 CUBC Blue Boat. The crew includes students from 6 of the University of Cambridge Colleges and features 2 returners from last year’s Blue Boat, and 2 returners from last year’s Goldie crew.
The youngest member of the crew, Callum Sullivan (Downing) who is studying for a BA in Music, learned to row at Globe Rowing Club through London Youth Rowing.
The oldest member of the crew, James Cracknell (Peterhouse), who is studying for an MPhil in Human Evolutionary Studies is a Double Olympic Gold Medallist with the Great Britain Rowing Team.
The crew will be steered by Matthew Holland (Gonville & Caius), an Undergraduate Natural Scientist who coxed CUWBC to victory in the 2017 Women’s Boat Race.
