Cambridge University Boat Club (CUBC) is seeking to appoint a Chief Coach in succession to Steve Trapmore, who is leaving this role at CUBC at the end of March 2018 to take up a High performance coaching role with British Rowing.  The primary responsibility of the Chief Coach is to lead the Club to victory in the annual men’s races against Oxford: the University Boat Race and the Goldie/Isis Race.
